NOTES:

These brownies are amazing especially when paired with the Creamie Brownie Frosting.

Serve with ice cream and you have a great dessert. Cut them small and you have squares.

Follow the directions and pay attention when baking these are easy to overcook.

INGREDIENTS:

Butter, softened312.5mL160mL
White Granulated Sugar625mL312.5mL
Vanilla Extract15mL735mL
Large Egg63
All-purpose Flour312.5mL160mL
Cocoa Powder200mL100mL
Baking Powder5mL2.5mL

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat Oven to 325F.
1) Prepare pan by spraying with non-stick cooking spray.
2) Melt butter.
3) In a bowl, stir together butter, sugar and vanilla.
4) Add eggs and beat well.
5) in a separate bowl stir together dry ingredients.
6) Add dry ingredients to the wet and beat until well blended.
7) Bake for 15-18 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of Pan.
Remove from oven and allow to cool, in pan, on wire rack.
Ice with Creamie Brownie Frosting (if desired) cut and serve.

Yield: 12*18 = 40, 9*13 = 24
