NOTES:

My Easy Baked Jalapeno Popper Dip has the spicy, cheesy combo I loved so much, but much easier to make than your standard Jalapeno Popper.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup seeded and finely chopped fresh jalapeño peppers
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 packages 8 oz. each cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can 4 oz. chopped green chili peppers
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 25 buttery crackers like club crackers crushed to 1 cup
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine melted

DIRECTIONS:
